- Own and manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise prospects—from initial outreach to discovery, product demo, negotiation, and close.
- Build a pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and collaboration with marketing and SDRs.
- Develop a deep understanding of Document’s product, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
- Identify customer pain points and clearly communicate how Document solves them using consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, and maintain CRM hygiene (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Document at trade shows, industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as needed.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, with at least 2+ years focused on selling to enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales cycles, and stakeholder management at the enterprise level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders (Procurement, IT, Security, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic, and globally distributed environment.
- Experience selling knowledge management or documentation-related software is a plus.
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements common to enterprise sales (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
