The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement within the ICP. This role requires new business development, strategic thinking, and the ability to hunt and build relationships. The Enterprise Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive new business opportunities within the enterprise ICP while expanding existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
  • Implement and execute sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Manage and optimise an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and proactive tracking of opportunities. Take full ownership of pipeline health, internal reporting and regularly forecasting and updating key stages to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets whilst measuring and identifying bottlenecks in pipeline to increase deal velocity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in hospitality tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
