Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an ambitious Enterprise Sales Executive to join our UK Sales team . Reporting directly to the VP of Sales , you'll take full ownership of acquiring net new customers and expanding our footprint in the IFS ERP space across the UK and Europe. This autonomous role is suited to someone who thrives on building pipeline, closing complex enterprise deals, and driving market expansion. You’ll be based in the UK with flexibility to travel across mainland Europe as needed.

What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects across the UK and European enterprise markets.
Sell complex IFS ERP solutions that solve real business problems and deliver measurable ROI.
Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop compelling, tailored proposals.
Work directly with C-level executives to understand strategic priorities and position IFS as a mission-critical solution.
Report on key metrics including pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue forecasting.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience , with 2+ years selling ERP or enterprise software (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proven track record of exceeding new business targets and winning net new logos.
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts across UK and Europe.
Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in English ; Dutch and/or Flemish is a strong plus.
Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce and modern sales methodologies.
