Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 On Target Earnings of £35,000 - £40,000
This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships. Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions. Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process. Sales progression. Work closely with inhouse Mortgage and Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal Lettings teams also.

They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.
