The role involves generating sales, gaining new instructions, and providing a first-rate service to clients and customers.Responsibilities:Identifying instruction opportunities: prospecting, valuing, and listing new propertiesMonitoring properties on the market with competitors that have not sold, to generate new instructionsBuilding and maintaining relationships with vendors and purchasersProviding high levels of service and communicationAchieving sales targets and exceeding themOverseeing sales progressionAccompanying property viewingsAssisting and mentoring team membersRequirements:Proven success in winning instructions, achieving sales, and exceeding targetsProactive customer service skills and client managementAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for selling properties to the right clientsExcellent organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritizationGood IT skills and experience with estate agency CRM systemsA full UK driving license and own vehicleResidency within a commutable distance and right to work in the UKFor Senior Negotiator applicants: established track record in valuing and listing propertiesAdditional Earning Potential:Candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals, and other listing and letting referrals.
