We’re looking for a driven EA to support our CEO, CFO, and COO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the heart of a private equity-backed children’s residential business.

What You’ll Do: • Own complex diary and meeting management, keeping our execs ahead of the game.• Act as the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders.• Prepare reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.• Track tasks, follow up relentlessly, and keep projects moving forward.• Manage travel, accommodation, and event logistics with precision.
What You Bring: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced or private equity-backed environment.• A tenacious and results-driven approach – you won’t let things slip.• Exceptional organisational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.• A high level of discretion, professionalism, and communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for staying one step ahead.
