As Farm Sales Coordinator, you will be the champion of agricultural farm sales at our Cirencester store, delivering ‘Agricultural Excellence’ whilst supporting our farmer shareholders and farmer customers.

You will meet and greet farmers and shareholders coming into store, as well as working closely with both retail and external agri sales staff, so will need to be a great communicator and team player.

What we’re looking for:

Possessing a broad knowledge of UK agricultural either from practical on-farm experience and/or an agricultural qualification, you will be:

• a natural communicator who can take a broad view of the farm to recommend the most suitable products and services
• confident helping develop sales to existing members and attracting new members where possible and encouraging the use of services offered by Mole Valley Farmers
• disciplined and organised in the management of your customers by planning your calls, structuring your prospecting activity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

An AMTRA qualification is beneficial but not essential as we can also provide appropriate training.
