Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs - Sussex, Surrey, Kent

Homebased – Travel required

We are currently recruiting a talented and collaborative Sales Consultant to join our On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team in the Local Sector, which is currently growing year on year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving new business within Leased & Tenanted pubs while managing and developing key accounts.
• Winning new leased & tenanted customers and ensuring minimum spend criteria are met.
• Retaining & growing existing key customers.
• Building strong relationships with telephone account managers to manage leads.
• Collaborating with external Pub Co area managers to identify new opportunities.
• Innovating and improving the L&T deal to strengthen our position as the UK’s #1 foodservice wholesaler.
• Implementing strategic territory plans as directed by your line manager.

What we are looking for:

A passion for pub food, customer-first attitude, personable, driven, well-organized, resilient, and team-oriented.

Commitment to acting with integrity and honesty.

• Experience managing customers face-to-face or over the phone.
• Knowledge of account retention and growth.
• Target-driven with a record of achieving targets.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for planning and maximising trade time.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
