About the Role

In this external sales role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio across the South of England (within a 50-mile radius of London). You'll focus on field-based business development within industries like waste management, recycling, and manufacturing — bringing innovative solutions to an evolving marketplace.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Building and enhancing relationships with existing customers to drive organic growth.
  • Prospecting and securing new accounts using current technology and market intelligence.
  • Executing a solution-based sales strategy that seals out competitors.
  • Collaborating with management and support teams to deliver customer success.
  • Regularly visiting clients and prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing account reporting.


What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years' B2B field sales experience (not telesales) in competitive, commodity-driven markets.
  • Strong background in business development within Waste Management, Recycling, Manufacturing, or Building Materials sectors.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Valid UK driver’s license.
  • Based within South UK, ideally within 50 miles of London.
