Sales Account Manager - Warm Business - GBP55k with GBP75k OTE - Fire Alarm Experience Needed - M25 Area
Benefits of the Role:
- Manage warm and assigned accounts, primarily facilities companies, to develop business.
- Salary up to GBP55,000, depending on experience in fire alarm engineering, system sales, surveying, or existing key account management with fire alarm expertise. Flexibility for the right candidate, with support for FIA/Fire Alarm certifications.
- Commission and bonuses, totaling GBP15,000 - GBP20,000 on top of base salary.
- Opportunity to progress within the fire systems industry, with potential FIA course support for those interested in advancing their fire alarm standards knowledge.
Role Overview:
- Engage with fire alarm clients, key accounts, and conduct site surveys.
- Spend approximately 2-3 days on site surveying and meeting clients; 2-3 days working remotely or from the office.
- Location: London area; ideally based in Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hampshire, or Surrey for easy travel to survey sites.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to conduct surveys according to fire alarm standards (e.g., BS5839) and recommend suitable solutions.
- Background as a Fire Alarm Engineer, Surveyor, Designer, Technical Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales BDM with knowledge of standards and a passion for surveying and sales.
- Location in Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire, or nearby M25/South East, with the ability to travel to London 2-3 days a week.
