Sales Account Manager - Warm business - £55k with £75k OTE - Fire Alarm experience needed - M25

Benefits of being a Sales Account Manager (Sales Engineer, System Sales):

• Manage warm and assigned accounts, primarily with Facilities companies
• Salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience as a fire alarm engineer, system sales, surveyor, or existing key account manager with fire alarm surveying/design skills). Flexible for the right candidate & will support FIA/Fire alarm specialist career progression
• Commission and bonuses totaling £15,000 - £20,000 on top of salary
• Opportunities for progression or FIA courses (if familiar with Fire Alarm standards), especially for those transitioning into sales from other fire alarm roles

Role - Suitable for Fire Alarm Salesperson, Business Development Manager, Sales Surveyor, or Account Manager (from Fire Alarm sector)

• Visit and survey fire alarm clients, key accounts, and customers
• 2-3 days dedicated to site surveying and client meetings; 2-3 days working from home or office
• Coverage area includes London; ideally, candidates reside in Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hampshire, or Surrey for ease of travel

Requirements for the role of Account Manager, Sales Surveyor, or Sales Engineer:

• Ability to survey according to fire alarm standards (e.g., BS5839) and recommend suitable solutions
• Background as a Fire Alarm Engineer, Surveyor, Designer, Technical Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales BDM, or Systems Seller with knowledge of standards and a passion for client meetings and surveying
• Location in Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire, etc. (preferably M25/South East), with the ability to commute to London 2-3 days a week for surveys
