We are seeking a driven Football Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll not only secure sales — you’ll also travel with your customers to experience the programmes you’ve sold, enjoying unforgettable football trips across the UK and Europe.
You will:
- Identify and target potential customers (clubs, academies, coaches, and players).
- Contact leads via email, phone, and in-person visits to present FutureXI programmes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with football organisations.
- Represent FutureXI at football events, tournaments, and meetings.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- 50% commission on all programme profits sold.
- Flexibility to manage your own time and client list.
- The opportunity to travel and attend programmes you sell.
- Access to a strong network of elite football contacts.
- Potential for long-term growth as FutureXI expands.
Background & Experience
- Already working within football (e.g., club, academy, agency, or football-related business).
- Strong understanding of how football clubs operate at various levels.
- Existing network of contacts (clubs, coaches, players).
- Previous sales or partnership experience a bonus — we will train you if you have the right connections.
