Sales Leader – Employee Benefits / Healthtech / FemTech Location: UK (Remote / Flexible)
Package: £70–80k base + 50% bonus OTE (~£120k)
We’re partnering with an award-winning AI-powered women’s health platform that’s already proven across the NHS and public health bodies. Their product supports women through fertility, pregnancy, parenting, and menopause, delivering measurable outcomes and tackling real health inequalities.
Now expanding into the private sector, they’re looking for their first Sales Leader to own growth across employers, insurers, and benefits resellers. This is a true founding sales role – building the commercial function from the ground up, with huge potential to scale into leadership as the company grows internationally.

Responsibilities
Build, own, and deliver the full sales function – from pipeline generation to contracting
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for employers, insurers, and resellers
Drive new business and hit ambitious ARR targets across the UK and international markets
Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, multi-stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and close
Develop and maintain strong commercial models, reporting, and sales processes (HubSpot)
Collaborate with the CEO and wider leadership team on strategy and execution
Work closely with the CS/Account Management team to ensure smooth client handover and renewals
Lay the foundations for scaling a high-performing sales team over time
About You
4–5+ years closing experience in B2B sales (HR / Benefits / Insurers / Wellbeing / Healthtech)
Comfortable selling into HR, People, and Benefits leaders at mid-market and enterprise level
Experience with channel sales / benefits consultancies / resellers
Proven success building pipeline and closing deals in early-stage or scale-up environments
Hands-on, data-driven, and commercially sharp – able to balance strategy with execution
Passionate about health equity, wellbeing, and making an impact at scale
Resilient and gritty – thrives in the fast-paced, scrappy world of early-stage startups
