The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales Director (Global Wholesale) to architect and lead our wholesale growth across the US (NY/LA), EU (Paris, Milan, Berlin, London), Japan (Tokyo), Korea (Seoul) and China (Shanghai). This is a build role with real autonomy. You’ll define the commercial system behind one of the decade’s most influential creative voices.

Your Mission

What You’ll Own

  • Global door strategy: Target premium independents and key department stores across the EU, JP, KR, CN, and US.
  • Market execution: Lead showrooms and tradeshows end-to-end appointments, samples, sell-in, and market week readiness.
  • Partners & pilots: Source, diligence, and negotiate with distributors/agents; launch selective pilots with clear sell-through KPIs.
  • Commercial discipline: Own pricing architecture, terms, and margin integrity by country.
  • Forecasting & CRM: Build precise, CRM-driven forecasting and visibility across all markets.
  • Cross-functional drive:
    • With Retail: pop-ups and shop-in-shop strategies.
    • With Marketing: trade assets that are minimal, provocative, exact.
    • With Product/Creative: feed real-time market signals to influence what’s next.

You Bring

  • 7–10+ years in international fashion wholesale (streetwear, premium, or designer).
  • Global fluency: You navigate the culture and commerce of JP, KR, CN, EU, and US.
  • System thinker: Analytical, disciplined, CRM-native. You run sales like a system, not a hustle.
  • Creative structure: You translate raw vision into repeatable commercial rhythm.
  • Leadership: Charismatic, tough, collaborative, fast, but always aligned.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Top-50 global doors activated with premium onboarding.
  • 60–90-day reorder cadence across active markets.
  • Distributor pilots launched and are scaling with high sell-through.
  • Harmonised pricing/terms by country; DSO and returns under control.
  • Flawless market execution at showrooms and tradeshows.
