Global Head of Sales – Arnold Ash Group

Arnold Ash Group, a high-growth financial services solution provider, is searching for a Global Head of Sales to drive ambitious expansion across Europe and the Middle East. The new role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and leads all sales and commercial partnership activities for Crypto Trading, Payments, FX and Gateway products.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute global sales strategy across all core propositions.
  • Lead and scale international sales teams in new geographies and verticals.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate product adoption.
  • Drive revenue growth, forecast performance, and report operating metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations to align go‑to‑market initiatives.

**Qualifications**

  • Director‑level experience in financial services, banking, payments, cryptocurrency and/or FX sales.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming & crypto verticals and key customer segments.
  • Proven track record delivering sales strategy and scaling global teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
