With a strong heritage and reputation for quality, we serve a wide range of customer types - from housebuilders, commercial contractors, builders merchants and DIY. Our product range includes Timber, Building Materials, Plumbing & Heating and Bathrooms Due to continued growth, we wish to recruit a Head of Sales for our NI Branches. The Head of Sales - Branches is a strategic leadership role. You will be driving sales performance across our network of Haldane Fisher Branches. You will use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships and develop high performing sales teams. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead, coach, and inspire branch sales teams to exceed targets. Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture across internal and external teams. Use data-driven insights to optimise sales activities and branch performance. Strengthen customer relationships and ensure a customer-first approach. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Strong track record of delivering sales growth Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
