What You'll Do

  1. Take full ownership of the channel, leading strategy and delivery.
  2. Develop and implement commercial plans to expand the portfolio.
  3. Engage with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
  4. Manage cross-business relationships to drive projects toward successful outcomes.
  5. Lead and motivate a team to high performance.
  6. Act as a key link between the acquired business, parent company, and growth strategy.
  7. Report on commercial outcomes such as EBIT, growth targets, and account development, and represent the channel at senior leadership levels.
