What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the channel, leading strategy and delivery.
- Develop and implement commercial plans to expand the portfolio.
- Engage with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
- Manage cross-business relationships to drive projects toward successful outcomes.
- Lead and motivate a team to high performance.
- Act as a key link between the acquired business, parent company, and growth strategy.
- Report on commercial outcomes such as EBIT, growth targets, and account development, and represent the channel at senior leadership levels.
