About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success, Sales, and Client Management obsessed recruiter for the SaaS and Technology sectors. This role is an insight partner with CS Insider and CS Connect.

The Opportunity:
Join a small but expanding sales team with significant plans for the year. Contribute to building out the revenue strategy, focusing on optimizing inbound lead conversion and developing an outbound sales approach to surpass growth targets.
Lead a team of three, mentoring, motivating, and driving performance as you develop your sales leadership career.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into sales leadership within a growing business. You will work closely with a CRO who has experience with some of the most recognizable tech brands globally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in SaaS Sales, delivering new business sales quotas.
- Previous team management, leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into action.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Results-oriented with an adaptable mindset.
- Experience in InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech, or GRC solutions.
Package:
- £60,000 basic salary with uncapped double OTE (£120k).
