Head of Sales Performance
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Tucasi is a leading EdTech SaaS company helping schools, multi-academy trusts, and school caterers streamline payments and parent communication. Our mission is to ensure every child can enjoy lunchtime, go on adventures, and participate in activities that make school special—while supporting schools to operate smoothly and keep parents informed.
Last year, we supported over 2,000 schools across England, processing 49 million school meals, enabling 67,000 school trips, and handling over 8 million transactions—all through our platform.
We’re seeking a Head of Sales to join our senior leadership team. You will lead our sales function, develop strategies to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion. This role is pivotal to Tucasi’s next phase of growth and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue from new and existing clients.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
Optimize Salesforce processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Design account management strategies to maximize client value and identify expansion opportunities.
Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within SaaS environments.
Successful track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with hands-on Salesforce experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills.
