Head of Sales & Planning – Catering & Venues
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Central London
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Planning to join a leading catering group, driving commercial sales across three prestigious London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to make their mark, develop strategic sales plans, and grow the sales pipeline through their extensive network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Design programmes to increase repeat business and client loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee training and development of the sales team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
About You
- Proven experience in selling and marketing London venues, ideally with a catering background.
- Strong team management skills.
- Experience in financial reporting and planning.
- Commercially driven with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
What’s on Offer
