As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Head of Sales Trading to lead our trading team at our Hong Kong HQ. This role is ideal for Senior Traders who are looking to step up into a bigger leadership role, take ownership of a trading desk, and shape the future of digital asset trading. Key Responsibilities: Lead the OTC trading desk , managing a team to drive performance and growth. Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end trading SOPs for the desk. Enhance trading efficiency through system automation and process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth trading activities. Future / Optional Responsibilities Contribute to new product development , supporting innovation and expansion of trading offerings.

Who We Are Looking For: At least 6–7 years of trading experience , with minimum 5 years in traditional sell-side roles . Proven experience as a trader in digital assets, OTC markets, or traditional markets. Demonstrated ability to lead a trading team and improve operational workflows. Strong understanding of trading systems, automation, and process optimization. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong and work at our HQ.
