Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead both UK and European sales, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will drive growth through key retail and distribution channels, oversee a small sales team, and play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s international reach.
This is a hybrid role based partly in South West London, with home-working flexibility and regular travel.
The Company:

The Package:
- £55,000 – £70,000 basic salary plus package (depending on experience)
- Performance-related incentives
The Person:
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales (retail and/or distributor channels)
- Experience managing and developing a small sales team
- A background in consumer goods is required and candidates who have worked in beauty, fashion, personal care, cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, haircare, accessories, or related categories are of particular interest.
- A passion for international business and cross-border growth
- Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage, though not essential.
This role is ideal for a current Head of Sales, Head of International Sales, or an International Sales Manager or National Sales Manager ready to step up.
