    Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Stockton on Tees area and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the energy eco-market.
  • Champion a customer-centric sales culture that emphasises sustainability and value delivery.
