Overview

Confidential role - able to discuss company details further on the phone. Head of Sales / Sales Manager within Domestic Renewables (ideal) or home improvements. The company are UK leaders in domestic Renewables and are looking for leadership to take them to the next level, with full backing and support, managing the telesales and booking team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the telesales and booking team within Domestic Renewables sales.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set strategy and ensure successful execution across the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Domestic Renewables (e.g. solar and/or heat pumps) within a Managerial Sales position.
  • Based in or around Leeds (Leeds area) or willing to commute.
  • Strong leadership and B2C sales experience in domestic installations/home improvements is advantageous.

Compensation

  • £85,000 basic + lucrative bonuses
  • Realistic OTE of £120,000 in first year and upwards from there
  • Further progression opportunities within the group
