Purpose of The Role

We’re looking for a bold, commercially sharp leader to take Grace & Green into its next phase of growth. Working alongside the CCO, you will develop sales strategy across retail, wholesale, distributors, facilities management, government, and international markets. You will build a department that drives revenue growth and market share while championing sustainability and health equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ambitious sales targets across B2B, distributors, FM companies, government tenders and B2C.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, FM companies, and key accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility for the leadership team.
  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline each month, converting pilots into long‑term revenue contracts.
  • Support the CCO in building scalable commercial frameworks including pricing, ROI models, and distributor agreements.
  • Lead high‑stakes negotiations and joint business planning with national and global accounts.
  • Support pricing, promotional activity, and sales campaigns.
  • Gather customer and market feedback to share with the wider team, influencing product and strategy.
  • Recruit, coach, and motivate a sales team as the company expands.
  • Establish repeatable sales playbooks and training programmes for new hires.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and mission‑driven ambition.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of sales or commercial leadership experience, ideally in FMCG, hygiene, healthcare, or sustainability‑focused industries.
  • Highly desirable: Knowledge, relationships, and experience in the Facilities Management space.
  • Proven success delivering significant revenue growth across multiple channels and winning large contracts.
  • Commercially savvy with a clear eye on targets and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, ROI modelling, margin management, and a good understanding of P&L principles.
  • Experienced negotiator with a track record of building long‑term partnerships with major buyers and organisations.
  • Entrepreneurial, data‑driven, and results‑oriented; thrives in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
  • Passionate about health equity, sustainability, and women’s health, with the commercial mindset to match.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a sales team, or clear potential to step into leadership.
  • Hands‑on, energetic, and resilient; thrives at pace and enjoys variety of an SME/scale‑up.

Package

  • Salary: £50k–£60k base – flexible and negotiable based on experience and deliverables (regional benchmark in South West England).
  • Performance bonus/commission linked to sales targets.
  • Scope for progression as the company scales.
