  1. Proven sales experience: Demonstrated success in selling to SMEs, including merchant acquiring and issuer segments.
  2. Partnership development: Experience in scaling sales through strategic partnerships.
  3. Team leadership: Proven ability to mentor a sales team and ensure KPIs and targets are achieved.
  4. Data analysis: Ability to extract meaningful insights from data and develop effective action plans.
