High Net Worth (HNW) Sales Executive

Location: North of England (flexible within the region)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus bonus & benefits

Their High Net Worth division specialises in protecting the lifestyles and assets of affluent individuals, offering discreet, personalised advice and market-leading cover for prestige homes, fine art, jewellery, luxury cars, yachts, and other valuable possessions.

They pride themselves on building long-term relationships based on trust, service excellence, and expert guidance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Trainee High Net Worth Sales Executive to join a growing Private Clients team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or client relationship management — whether in recruitment, property, financial services, luxury retail, or telesales — who is looking to move into a specialist, rewarding, and highly professional market.

No previous insurance experience is required — full training, ongoing development, and support towards industry-recognised qualifications will be provided.
