As part of the Sales Support function, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to financial advisers, ensuring the highest levels of service to clients while gaining exceptional industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to financial advisers across the business
Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation
Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of all work
Assist with the preparation of client meetings and follow-up requirements
Requirements
Previous experience in IFA administration, sales support, or a financial planning environment is desirable
Good understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
Strong organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
