We are seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to work from home for a leading UK telecommunications company. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, focusing on contract retentions, upselling additional products and services, and engaging with new customers.

Key Details:

• Starting salary of £25,480 with uncapped bonus potential
• Remote work arrangement
• Rotational shifts, 40 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday, with varied hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls from customers nearing the end of their contracts
• Assist with customer retention and sales of additional products
• Support new customer onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
• Sales experience is advantageous
• Clean criminal and credit records
