Responsibilities

:
  • Recruit and grow our network of self employed agents in the UK.
  • Be a regular point of contact and escalation for your network.
  • Provide on-going training, guidance and motivation to the agents.
  • Streamline the sales channel by improving internal processes whilst helping to develop product propositions and sales efficiencies.
  • Track and analyze results of the channel, providing regular reporting updates.
  • Ensure all agents are screened, vetted and fully qualified to ensure they are representative of the Rapyd brand.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and productivity goals for the ISA channel.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing a self-employed sales channel.
  • Experience within the payments industry, understanding of merchant requirements and knowledge of the UK competitive landscape is highly desirable.
  • Experience of recruiting, managing and retaining high performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and fresh ideas for growing and sustaining this sales channel.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and sorting through business/technical challenges in the pursuit of helping our merchants succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player who is able to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
