Responsibilities
: Recruit and grow our network of self employed agents in the UK. Be a regular point of contact and escalation for your network. Provide on-going training, guidance and motivation to the agents. Streamline the sales channel by improving internal processes whilst helping to develop product propositions and sales efficiencies. Track and analyze results of the channel, providing regular reporting updates. Ensure all agents are screened, vetted and fully qualified to ensure they are representative of the Rapyd brand. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and productivity goals for the ISA channel.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in managing a self-employed sales channel. Experience within the payments industry, understanding of merchant requirements and knowledge of the UK competitive landscape is highly desirable. Experience of recruiting, managing and retaining high performing sales teams. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth. Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and fresh ideas for growing and sustaining this sales channel. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and sorting through business/technical challenges in the pursuit of helping our merchants succeed. Excellent communication skills. Team player who is able to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced, cross-functional environment. ·
