The Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Italian-speaking Influencer Sales Executive to join our Performance Influencer Team. This team drives growth through influencer sales, marketing, and campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include discovering and managing talent across platforms to boost traffic, awareness, and sales through campaign activations.
Our influencer sales team is results-driven, focusing on business development and performance. This sales role involves sourcing and executing campaigns with influencers, creators, and celebrities across social media platforms. It’s an excellent opportunity to take initiative and grow in a high-growth environment.

Please note: This is a junior/entry-level role based at our London HQ.
What we need from you:
- Fluent in Italian
- Resilient: Able to handle setbacks and pressure positively and stay motivated
- Results Focused & Data Driven: Motivated by measurable outcomes; uses data to inform decisions
- Sales or Influencer Marketing Experience: Background in sales or working with creators
- Negotiation Skills: Strong outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Effective Time Management: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and energetic communicator
- Target Driven: Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in Influencer & Creator Space: Keeps up with trends and platform updates
- Passion for the planet and sustainability
