Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique on the market! Their inside sales team is looking for energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This position is home-based anywhere in England.

Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required. Experience with healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas (70%)
- Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls
- Close deals over the phone (30%)
- Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed
- Record interactions in CRM systems and report activity
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products
