Inside Sales / Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding St Albans £29,000 + up to £5,000 Bonus
We’re working with a successful freight forwarder in St Albans who is looking to add an Inside Sales / Pricing Executive to their growing team. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, manage quotations, and support the commercial growth of the business.

The Role Preparing and submitting accurate quotations and tender bids. Supporting key accounts and building long-term client relationships. Liaising with both clients and suppliers to negotiate rates and service agreements. Producing KPI reports and monitoring commercial performance. Attending occasional client and supplier meetings. Providing administrative and pricing support to the sales team.
About You Previous experience in freight forwarding, exports, or export sales (preferred but not essential). Background in sales, customer service, or operations within logistics or transport. Strong commercial awareness with proven success in handling quotes and tenders. Confident communicator with the ability to develop client relationships. Good numeracy, IT, and administrative skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
