Our client is a European B2B payments business looking for an Interim Sales Transformation Lead to review, assess and design an optimum sales operating model during this key period of change in focus, and to deliver a step change in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with key stakeholders to assess existing sales structure, team, and operating model
- Map out, scope and document the optimum sales operating model required to deliver a significant shift in performance
- Operate across the full sales funnel, ensuring that opportunities are maximised and hand-offs established across sales, account management and marketing teams
- Support leadership teams to be the drivers of the required change
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in transforming B2B sales teams and functions to drive significant growth
- Experience of operating with European teams and across multiple territories
- Consultative in style, able to lead change whilst thoroughly documenting work to enable the leadership team to deliver future change needed
- Capable of delivering the optimum sales operating model to drive growth, whilst taking existing teams on the journey
- Previous experience in payments or financial services strongly preferred
