Internal Sales Coordinator
to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Leeds City Centre.

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll become an essential point of contact for customers and help maintain strong working relationships. Working closely with an Account Manager, you'll proactively manage your own group of customers and ensure they receive an exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer enquiries and preparing product quotations Processing orders accurately using Sage/Microsoft Dynamics Promoting a wide range of products and services to existing and potential customers Collaborating with colleagues to build sales and enhance customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Essential: Excellent communication and attention to detail Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work both independently and as part of a team Desirable: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support Export knowledge Degree in a life science discipline
