We’re working with a UK market leader in the design and manufacture of premium timber doors and joinery solutions. Supplying some of the UK’s most prestigious commercial and hospitality projects, they’re known for quality craftsmanship, rapid lead times, and a design-led approach.
As part of ongoing internal growth, they are now looking for an Internal Sales Executive to support their busy and growing sales office in Birmingham. The role is available due to the current post-holder moving into a new role within the business.
This is a full-time, office-based position working closely with the Commercial Director. You’ll help process orders, prepare quotes, support external Sales Managers, and liaise with customers and production to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
Preparing quotations and tender documentation
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Supporting Area Sales Managers with admin, pricing and updates
Coordinating with production, operations and suppliers
Taking part in telesales activity and special commercial projects
Ensuring smooth collaboration between the sales office and factory
What They’re Looking For:
Background in internal sales, customer service or sales admin
Ideally from a manufacturing or construction-related environment
High attention to detail and strong order accuracy
Excellent phone and email communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing systems (e.g. HubSpot)
A proactive, organised team player able to juggle multiple priorities
