What youll be doing Have an in-depth knowledge of company products, features, benefits, and applications Provide technical expertise to customers and support the external sales team Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts for

special purpose machinery Interpret customer requirements, drawings, and specs to recommend solutions Generate leads and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Analyse sales data to spot trends and improve performance Maintain sales documentation, orders, and communication records Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships Respond to technical enquiries and resolve issues with engineering/production teams Hours MondayFriday 8:30am-4:30pm Pay £35,000 per annum Skills/Experience Required Essential: A valid UK driving license Experience in internal sales, technical sales, or customer support Strong technical aptitude with mechanical equipment and engineering concepts Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred: HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Background in manufacturing, mechanical engineering or
