Role Highlights:

• Fully remote, UK-based role—but requires occasional travel to customer sites.
• Contract with potential to convert to full-time upon exceeding targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Hunt and close annual deals worth £100K+, focusing on both bespoke software development and enterprise CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Drive your own pipeline, nurture leads from lead generation to deal close—minimal supervision; your self-starter mindset and drive define your success.
• Leverage existing industry contacts and continue building relationships in target sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of proven IT/software sales experience.
• Track record of closing £100K+ in annual business.
• Experience selling bespoke software development services and enterprise CRM solutions (MS Dynamics preferred).
• A go-getter who thrives autonomously and is unafraid to put themselves in front of clients.
• Industry contacts in related fields are highly desirable.
• Preference for candidates based in Leicestershire, but open to applicants from across the UK.
• 70/30 split (base salary + commission) — competitive and rewarding.
• Flexible working hours and fully remote setup—work from anywhere in the UK.
• Company-provided laptop and support resources.
• Full training provided, plus compensation for any additional training to support your success.
• Opportunity to transition to a permanent role upon meeting or exceeding targets.
