J3514b – New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading financial services group to recruit a Sales Manager to lead growth within the Construction sector, managing dealer networks and originating business opportunities.

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading a targeted growth strategy across the UK Construction equipment sector. This includes overseeing team performance, building strong introducer partnerships, and ensuring deal quality, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shape and lead the Construction sector strategy
2. Manage and develop sales team performance
3. Build relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and brokers
4. Achieve KPIs across sales, margin, and service levels
5. Oversee credit pre-qualification and support risk functions
6. Work cross-functionally to optimise client delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Sector knowledge in Construction equipment finance
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Commercial acumen and risk awareness
• In-country UK asset finance/leasing experience required

Excellent salary, bonus, and benefits. Uncapped earning potential c£500,000+ pa.
