Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales support and customer service within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The role includes extended training in all core responsibilities, including order processing, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams. You will also receive hands-on training in ERP systems (Movex) and Microsoft Office tools to build a strong foundation for success.
This position is designed as a launchpad for future career growth within the organization. You’ll gain valuable experience, develop key skills, and be supported in exploring further opportunities across sales, operations, or customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team with order entry and processing using our ERP system (Movex). Assist in handling customer and end-user enquiries via phone and email. Coordinate with technical colleagues to help resolve basic parts-related queries. Help maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and deliveries. Support the dispatch of urgent orders in collaboration with the warehouse team. Assist with booking-in and returning goods processes. Learn and provide basic support for our parts system under guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Some experience in customer service, administration, or sales support (internships or part-time roles welcome). Good command of English and basic numeracy skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Willingness to learn ERP systems and internal tools.
Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the role. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable (but not required): Interest or background in automotive, agricultural, or technical products. Experience with ERP systems or order processing tools.
