We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive / Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team in central London.

Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ins and outs of SaaS sales, customer onboarding, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  3. Coordinating sales entity changes, bank detail updates, and contract amendments.
  4. Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
  5. Acting as a point of contact for clients during onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  6. Responding to customer emails, following up on queries, and supporting customers through the sales and onboarding stages.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams to meet SLAs and ensure swift go-live timelines for new merchant accounts.
  8. Assisting with analysis and reviews of the sales funnel, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  9. Building a strong understanding of our payment solutions and the wider ClearAccept product suite.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  3. A confident, motivated, and enthusiastic personality.
  4. Comfortable working towards agreed SLAs and managing multiple priorities.
  5. Customer-focused, with a proactive and professional approach.
  6. Experience within a SaaS, IT, or payments environment.
  7. Previous experience supporting a sales team or in a client-facing role.
  8. A degree-level qualification.

What’s in it for you?

  1. Hybrid-working model with 25 days annual leave + your birthday off.
  2. Volunteering days.
  3. Life Assurance and Group Income Protection.
  4. Private medical cover with cash plan.
  5. Enhanced Company Pension.
  6. Wellbeing perks such as the Calm app, cycle-to-work scheme, and discounted gym memberships.
  7. Retail discounts and an Employee Assistance Programme.

If you’re looking to grow your career in sales and want to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of payments, we’d love to hear from you.
