We are currently developing our own media estate, principally in roadside digital 6’s and are now looking to recruit our own local advertising sales team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in the shape and delivery of an efficient, target driven and performance‑focused service. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join the Trueform team, ideally based in the West London, Berkshire, Surrey area. We are looking for a super strong all‑rounder who will build and maintain relationships with local businesses to ensure sales targets are met. You will work on specific location digital assets to maximise the sales opportunity, predominantly in the Southeast, and will be required to develop leads, maintain sales systems and protocols, close deals and deliver signed orders. The role will work alongside other sales teams targeting specialist and media agencies. The role offers significant opportunities to grow and develop over time, working with and reporting to the Development Director. Responsibilities & Duties
Own relationships with local businesses in selected areas on outdoor advertising assets. Generate maximum revenue by building and maintaining strong business relationships and identifying key sales opportunities with new and existing clients. Maintain detailed plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach. Be highly visible in local business communities through regular face‑to‑face meetings & other planned events. Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices and spend. Deliver signed orders and upfront payments in line with commercial revenue targets and KPIs. In conjunction with the Development Director, develop and deliver a sales and marketing strategy ensuring that it is aligned and flexes with the business targets. Ensure the accuracy of data and overall adoption of the relevant booking systems, campaign management and CRM platform, including management of activity levels, conversion rates, number of orders and panel yields. Work closely with the internal and external sales teams to ensure cross‑collaboration and harmonious relationships to maximise business opportunities and meet targets.

Qualifications and Experience
Understanding of advertisers’ business and media objectives. Customer orientated; passionate about client needs and delivering work of the highest standard. Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and identification of commercial opportunity. Full driving licence.
