Village Hotels know how to party and there is no better time to celebrate than Christmas! We are looking for a number of Christmas Coordinators to join the team from now through to the end of December 2025 to help us promote and coordinate our parties, private events, Pub & Grill parties, family gatherings and children’s events for our Christmas Programme The role will include: Assist with the sales planning of who to target as attendees at each event

Outreach activity to local businesses and organisations including business parks, retail parks, schools, colleges and sports clubs etc

In reach promotional activity within the hotel to create interest and secure new bookings eg leisure club member activity plans, lobby hosting etc

Proactive telephone calls to both past and potential new customers to secure bookings and answer any queries that they may have

Upsell telephone calls to guests staying over the Christmas period

Assisting with the co-ordination of events including chasing payments, menu & drinks choices and dealing with any special requests

Learning to use the booking systems and updating this with the relevant information in an accurate and timely manner into Sales System
