This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-class portfolio of media brands, delivering creative advertising, content, and multimedia solutions to an international client base.You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing a mix of established clients, and developing new business opportunities across dynamic industries. With strong growth and international expansion already underway, this role offers a platform for ambitious sales professionals to make a genuine impact.What You’ll Be DoingSelling advertising, content, and multimedia services across a range of media products (websites, newsletters, magazines, podcasts, webinars, etc.).Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while developing new business opportunities.Acting as a trusted advisor: listening to client needs, identifying opportunities, and tailoring solutions.Collaborating with internal teams (editorial, marketing, delivery) to ensure client success and satisfaction.Contributing fresh ideas and market insights to help shape media growth strategies.Representing the business at leading events and exhibitions across Europe, North America, and beyond.What We’re Looking ForStrong B2B media sales background (advertising, content, or digital media services).Proven success in building and growing client relationships.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.Confident in identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term business.Bonus points if you have:Knowledge of the betting, gaming, or entertainment industries.Spanish or Portuguese language skills.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Drive/Docs, or Microsoft Office.What’s on OfferSalary up to £42,000 + uncapped commission.Pension contributions.Income protection & life assurance.Employee Assistance Programme.Global travel opportunities and exposure to industry-leading events.A vibrant, collaborative team culture with plenty of social events and networking opportunities.
