We’re hiring for the role of Mid Market Account Executive, DACH (Mid Market Central Sales Team).
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify prospects and build relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including dealing with Legal, Finance, and IT requirements.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of customers and prospects, continuously seeking new opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, and outreach efforts.
- Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using Semrush products.
- Forecast sales and retention achievements accurately.
- Provide feedback to improve lead generation and sales processes.
- Travel is optional.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, economics, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in B2B software sales, with a record of exceeding targets.
- Experience with sales methodologies, lead qualification, and account development.
- Strong negotiation skills and procurement management knowledge.
- 1+ year in Martech/SalesTech, with understanding of product marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptive, and eager to learn.
- Independent, success-driven, and a team player.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, German, and French.
