Role: Senior Business Development Manager – Intralogistics & Warehouse Racking Solutions (industry experience and knowledge is essential)
Location: UK - hybrid/remote working opportunity - there will be requirement to occasionally meet at UK HQ (Hertfordshire) + European travel

Role Overview
As the first Senior Business Development Manager in the UK, you will lead the charge to drive growth and market presence for the new intralogistics and warehouse solutions vertical. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our UK strategy, building key client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that make a genuine impact. Your contributions will directly influence expansion and success in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the UK sales strategy and execution for intralogistics and warehouse solutions.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Identify and win new business opportunities in a dynamic market.
Collaborate with international teams to deliver tailored solutions for UK clients.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with UK law.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion and in-depth knowledge of intralogistics and warehouse racking solutions. You should be a team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, think strategically, and solve problems creatively.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales/partnerships within intralogistics or warehouse racking solutions
Expert understanding of the UK market - this is the first UK hire.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
Experience preparing and negotiating sales contracts and tenders in the UK.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
A technical background and understanding of design processes is a distinct advantage
As a global organisation additional language skills are advantageous
Degree or degree calibre
Right to work in the UK with no future requirement for VISA sponsorship
