We have offices in London and Bristol together with access to co-working space. We offer the opportunity to work remotely (role, business and client dependent) with support for your home office set-up if required. We have regular all company away days and other company, client and team meetings, your attendance at which will be mandatory.
This particular role, the role holder will be expected to work from our brand new office in London (near Bank station) 2 - 3 days per week, or be spending time face to face with our clients on these days.

Requirements
What will the role include?
Working in the new business sales team, the sales lead will be responsible for finding, qualifying and developing opportunities, growing a broad pipeline and constructing compelling business cases that win new clients.
This role is focusing on utilising your relationships and track record in the Pensions sector. The sales role will require an ability to be creative, innovative and lead the sale to closure with the support of pre-sales. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a successful career to date in managing and closing an effective sales process across complex opportunities, and through RFPs and successful pilots.
The role is salary and commission based, rewarding sales performance hitting revenue targets, and is supported by a market leading product, lead generation, pre-sales and sales coaching. Moneyhub follows the MEDDPICC methodology to manage and support its sales teams to qualify leads and navigate the sales process to a successful conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand competitors, and tailor approaches to meet enterprise business needs
- Drive new business leads through proactive outreach and networking within the industry
- Build a confident and realistic pipeline of opportunities through own prospecting, and marketing supported leads
- Cultivate and convert sales opportunities through the sales funnel to accurately forecast and close new business revenue
- Meet and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maximise revenue by understanding client needs and selling value
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, Development, and Customer Support to create opportunities, shape propositions and enable a seamless delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions
- Keep Salesforce updated, realistic and reflecting the progress through the funnel for forecasting
- Become an expert in the value and benefits that Moneyhub solutions deliver to the target organisations, to be able to confidently qualify, present and build new opportunities
Candidate Attributes
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
- A background in selling SaaS products to the Pensions sector is essential for this role
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales, evidencing the ability to meet targets
- Proven experience in employing a sales methodology
- Strong understanding of the SaaS market and technology
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
