  • Driving Sales & Profitability: Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, maximise profitability, and report on performance.
  • Leading & Developing Your Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective target setting, coaching, and feedback.
  • Ensuring Customer Loyalty: Maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, resolving issues to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Optimising Sales Processes: Oversee the entire sales journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery, collaborating across departments for seamless customer experiences.
  • Strategic Pricing & Marketing: Set competitive pricing based on market analysis and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the sales department's budget, analysing data to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of working within an automotive sales environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • A full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
