Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 5% bonus + £35,000 quarterly commission
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)
OTE of £71,750 with an attractive, uncapped commission structure rewarding your sales performance

An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Executive to join their team on a newly launch historic, luxurious and transformative development in Surrey.
This is a sales negotiator role where you'll work directly with the development sales lead, supporting the sales operation at this landmark riverside location.
The position offers a structured working pattern with competitive earnings potential, making it ideal for sales professionals who thrive in property development environments and want to build their career with a respected developer.
This position provides the opportunity to work at one of Surrey's most prestigious developments whilst learning from an experienced sales lead. The commission structure is designed to reward strong performance, with quarterly payments providing regular financial recognition. The alternate weekend pattern ensures you maintain personal time whilst working in a bustling sales environment where your contribution directly impacts the development's success.
Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to exchange
Maintain the show home and sales suite to the highest presentation standards
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
Manage enquiries through the CRM system and ensure accurate records
Support the development sales lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Report on sales activity and market feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies
Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar property sales role
Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
Confident using CRM systems and technology
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of the new homes market is advantageous
5% performance bonus
