We are currently expanding our internal sales function due to an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced Outbound Sale Executives / Tax Consultants to join our team based at our Bolton Office. We are on the lookout for driven, ambitious individuals to help shape and grow this exciting new function from day one. If you're proactive, motivated, and eager to make a real impact within a fast-growing consultancy, this could be your perfect next step. The Role: As an Outbound Sales Executive for Randd, you'll be at the forefront of our growth - driving business through engaging, high-quality conversations with business owners. Youll use your ability to connect and build rapport to discuss their Research & Development projects and expenditure.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound B2B calls and create genuine, valuable connections with potential clients Book qualified appointments for our technical team Uncover new business opportunities within target industries Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey Utilise our CRM to manage prospects and track engagement Deliver first-class service with energy, empathy, and efficiency What We're Looking For: Experience of working in a specialist R&D firm or other accountancy practice if preferred, but not essential! Prior sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred) Confident communicator who excels at building relationships A strong closer
